Each purchase of a product from Tailored Industry demonstrates your commitment to ethical production and supply chain innovation. Our garments are made on-demand and we do not carry any clothing stock at our factory. As a result, our policy regarding returns differs from traditional retailers.
If your order does not fit correctly or you are not satisfied with the quality, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to make it right. We want you to buy with confidence, and encourage you to reach out to our customer care team at any time with questions regarding fit, quality, materials, or any other information you need to be confident that the item you are purchasing will live up to your expectations.
Measure Twice, Purchase Once
Returns are a massive source of garment waste. The number one reason for returns is errors in sizing and fit. If you have any questions about what size to purchase or what fit you would prefer, please contact our customer care team so we can help you make the best decision. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns or issue refunds due to incorrect sizing. Measure twice, purchase once.
Face Masks Return Policy
Due to health concerns resulting from COVID-19, we do not accept returns on masks or filters. If you believe your mask is defective, contact us with pictures showing the damage. Replacements shall be afforded at Tailored Industry’s discretion upon reviewing pictures of the damages. Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the masks.
We offer free 5-7 days standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders received outside the US will incur additional shipping costs according to our chosen provider. We generate a tracking number for all orders leaving our factory. You should receive this via email so you can enjoy hassle-free, real-time updates on your package.
